I took my daughter’s wedding dress in after an outdoor wedding. The bottom of the dress was a mess and then there were various other spots on it. It came back looking clean and beautiful! I’m so impressed with how clean they were able to get it! Thank you, Rick’s! I would recommend highly!

I've been using this location for a year now and I am very pleased! My dry cleaning has never been even an hour late and I get all my items at the same time. I've never had any items come back damaged, and the staff are great!

Solid team at this location. I dropped off my tuxedo for my wedding (way later than I should’ve) and paid for the faster rush option. Despite an issue they had with their equipment, which they did call me to inform about the potential delay, were still able to meet their original time frame. Do better than me and drop your very important time sensitive clothing off a week before, but if you’re pressed on time this team will most likely come through. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

So far, it’s my favorite cleaners place. I am their customer of five years. I am happy with both quality and prices, taking in account that I am that person who will start cleaning/washing my own clothes at home, if prices rise. I like that they value my time, the processes of placing order and receiving clean items are short. They are very punctual. Thanks, Rick’s Cleaners! Please continue this level of service, as it definitely makes your customers happy.

I dropped my comforter off and let them know it’s a little fragile. I asked them if that was doable & if it could be dry cleaned with care, which they said was no issue. When I went to pick it up, there was a blue tag on the comforter which said: “Received Item in a Damaged Condition” and there was a huge tear in it. This was something I saw when I got home & took it out of the wrapping. I did NOT drop the comforter off already damaged. They did not receive the item in a damaged condition, so that tag is not true. & if the comforter tore during the dry cleaning process, then I should have been informed of this upon picking it up. Not left to find it out when I got home. The blue tag was completely out of sight until I unwrapped everything.

I’ve tried other dry cleaners in South Austin, but this place is the best! They take great care of everything I bring in- from clothes to leather jackets to blankets and all for a great price. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I wouldn’t consider another dry cleaner in south Austin, hands down!

Ricks’s Cleaners is always reliable with friendly service and reasonable prices. A cordial employee named Tim was there when I dropped off my 3 blouses and when I picked them up.

Rick’s is reliable and provides excellent service. Recently, we had a white shirt that had been stained with paint. After trying to save it, we took it to Rick’s as last resort. Rick’s team saved the shirt, all the paint was removed. Amazing!
